Precious Trash

This may be close to a perfect book for me. Short and concise, detailed and great writing, while having a kid protagonist to make things feel harder.

Pet is the perfect point for exposition, for learning the world of past and present, it being so menacing, yet also honest.

I absolutely adore this book. The first little bit was tough for me to get into, other worlds aren’t really my thing, but once I was in it, I couldn’t stop reading.

Themes of truth and disguise, is it better to know or not? Also despite the darkness, it’s very much a YA book in that nothing is graphic. 

Loved this one and highly recommend!!!
